I'm back!!hehe..this time, it's about food...yummy ^^. The picture up there is one of my favourite food called "sambal"..with lots of chillies of course..hahaha.. Many people thinks that because i'm a Chinese girl, I can't eat hot and spicy food. But actually, i'm a bit different from the others. Ya...maybe, most of the Chinese people  doesn't like hot and spicy stuff like this (but my family like it too).

Well, i love to eat spicy food. It was like it is a must to eat spicy stuff everyday for me...hahaha..And for this time, i am going to share about how to make one type of "sambal" (there's more type of "sambal" actually) that i had just learned from my cousin. Thanks to you,cousin ^^...it was so delicious, hot, and spicy...i enjoyed eating it and i'm going to try making it on my own later...hope it will be the same as what that I've learn...=) want to know how? let us try to make it together then.

Now, lets us see the ingredients needed and how to prepare this hot and spicy "sambal".


Ingredients :
Chillies (as much as you want)
Onions
Red onions
Garlic
Anchovies
*the ingredients amount depends on yourself and it depends on how much do you want to make ^^...haha

And now, let's see how to make the "sambal"
1. The very first step is to heat the oil in the pan
2. Then put in the chillies in the pan

3. After the chillies seems to change it color, put in the anchovies

4. Put in the sliced onions, red onions and garlic (also, add some salt and MSG into it)
5. Stir all the things together until it turns out like the pictures shown below..hehe..(it will look like the color has change just like you have added soy sauce into it)

then, it is all done...easy right? try to make it. hehe....you can eat this "sambal" with anything you want. i ate it with cabbage. it was yummy and superb!hahaha...can't wait to try making it on my own. i'm going to try it soon..^^

well, i think that is all I can share for now...it really had been a long time that i didn't have the time to post anything new here. but, i'm going to try my best to keep updating here if i have the time to do so...and i hope everything will be fine..^^

my old frenz...

Today, i really feel like i am missing my old friends when i was in secondary school....the sweet memories that we had together was unforgettable....looking back at the pictures taken made me think like going back to the past...i really had a lot of fun with them...now, most of us had separated and some of them i didn't heard any news and some i still can meet...it will be really great if we can get together again and have fun like the old days...i really miss u guys and i am glad to have u guys as my friend...^^
